Shipping Areas

We currently ship only to addresses located in Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick. Orders destined for other Canadian provinces or territories cannot be processed at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way.

Carrier

La Chocolaterie des Pères reserves the exclusive right to choose the carrier used based on agreements, delivery times, and shipping costs. We primarily ship with GLS, Canada Post, and Purolator.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are the responsibility of the carrier. Upon request, La Chocolaterie des Pères can provide a tracking number so customers can monitor their order. However, La Chocolaterie des Pères accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Delivery Signature

La Chocolaterie des Pères does not require a signature upon delivery with any of the carriers used. If no one is present at the shipping address at the time of delivery, the package will be left at the main entrance and will become the customer's responsibility.

Responsibility for Product Condition

If the shipping box arrives intact but the product inside has been damaged during transit, please contact us and send photos of the product immediately upon receipt to commandes@chocolateriedesperes.com.

If the shipping box itself is damaged, it is your responsibility to notify the carrier upon receipt of the package and to take photos before opening the box in order to file a claim with the carrier.

Responsibility for Delivery

La Chocolaterie des Pères is no longer responsible for the product once it has been shipped to the delivery address provided with your order, regardless of the carrier used. In the event of package theft, you must contact your insurance provider and/or local police service.
